PROREIT Announces April 2024 Distribution

MONTREAL, QC, April 19, 2024 /CNW/ - PRO Real Estate Investment Trust ("PROREIT" or the "REIT") (TSX: PRV.UN) announced today that a cash distribution of $0.0375 per trust unit of the REIT for the month of April 2024 will be payable on May 15, 2024 to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2024.
