PROREIT ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY 2024 DISTRIBUTION

Pro Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 3.75 cents per trust unit of the REIT for the month of February, 2024, payable on March 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Feb. 29, 2024.
