PROREIT ANNOUNCES JANUARY 2024 DISTRIBUTION

Pro Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 3.75 cents per trust unit of the REIT for the month of January, 2024, payable on Feb. 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Jan. 31, 2024.
