PRESS RELEASE January 17, 2026 Stampede Metals Limited ("Stampede") of 63 Summerhill Drive, Stake Hill, Western Australia, Australia has filed an amended early warning report dated January 17, 2026, amending its original early warning report dated January 16, 2025, advising of their holdings in Prince Silver Corp. (the "Issuer"). Stampede would like to clarify that on January 12, 2026, in addition to the disposition of 15,000,000 common shares of the Issuer (the "Shares"), it concurrently disposed of 8,500,000 contingent value rights (the "Rights") to its shareholders on a pro-rata basis (the "Disposition"). The Shares and the Rights were previously acquired on July 11, 2025, pursuant to the terms of a share exchange agreement with the Issuer (see Stampede's press release dated July 14, 2025). Prior to the Disposition, Stampede held 15,000,000 Shares and 8,500,000 Rights of the Issuer. Following the Disposition, Stampede holds no Shares or Rights of the Issuer. Stampede does not have any plans or future intentions to acquire more securities. This press release is issued pursuant to National Instrument 62-103 The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues, which also requires a report to be filed with regulatory authorities in each of the jurisdictions containing additional information with respect to the foregoing matters (the "Early Warning Report").
