SALE OF TWO ONTARIO CLAIMS

Pro Minerals Inc. has sold two mineral claims in the Beardmore-Geraldton gold camp, known as the Solarus claims, to Kodiak Exploration Ltd. Under the terms of the sale Kodiak will pay Pro Minerals $50,000 cash and 300,000 Kodiak shares following acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. The property is subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter return royalty held by a prior owner.
