PURE TO PURE ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF SUNSEALTM ACQUISITION
Pure to Pure Beauty Inc. has terminated the definitive
agreement to acquire a 51-per-cent interest in SunSeal International Ltd. from Corium Health Ltd.,
which was originally announced on Aug. 9, 2023. The parties have mutually agreed to terminate
the transaction as a result of market conditions.
The company will continue to operate its core sales business, while actively accessing potential
synergistic acquisition opportunities in the health and wellness market.
