The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to an amendment to an arm's-length agreement to a mineral claims acquisition agreement to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the South of Otter, Red Lake, Ont., property, to amend the final $25,000 cash payment to $12,500 cash and $12,500 in shares (176,056 shares).
