POOL SAFE ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Nils Kravis has parted ways with Pool Safe Inc. to pursue other initiatives.

David Berger, chief executive officer of Pool Safe, stated, "I would like to thank Nils for his contributions to the company, and on behalf of the board, we wish him every success in his future endeavours."

The company is pleased to announce that Mr. Berger has agreed to fill and perform the role as interim executive chairman.
