The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that PolyMet Mining Corp. will be delisted at the close on Nov. 8, 2023. According to the TSX, Glencore AG has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of the company that it did not already own pursuant to a plan of arrangement.

The TSX reports that PolyMet shareholders are entitled to receive $2.11 (U.S.) per PolyMet share held. To receive the consideration, shareholders should return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates and/or DRS advices to Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal offices in Toronto.
