Mr. Errol Farr reports
LOYALIST EXPLORATION ENGAGES TRAJECTORE ENGINEERING INC. AS OWNER'S ENGINEER, WITH J. DEAN THIBAULT AS LEAD TECHNICAL ADVISOR, FOR PROCESS FLOWSHEET DEVELOPMENT FROM MINING TO DORÉ BAR PRODUCTION
Loyalist Exploration Ltd. has engaged trajectorE Engineering Inc., with J. Dean Thibault of Fredericton, N.B., serving as the principal technical lead, to act as the company's owner's engineer. The engagement focuses on the development of a comprehensive process flowsheet spanning mining through to the production of a gold dore bar, primarily in support of advancing the company's 100-per-cent-owned Tully gold project in the Timmins mining camp, Ontario.
Under the terms of the engagement, trajectorE and Mr. Thibault will provide independent process engineering expertise, including flowsheet development, metallurgical process evaluation and technical advisory services to support Loyalist's pathway from resource definition toward potential future production. This work will build on the company's recently announced 2026 National Instrument 43-101 mineral resource estimate at Tully (indicated: 1.62 Mt (million tonnes) at 3.16 grams per tonne Au containing 164,000 ounces; inferred: 0.95 Mt at 2.03 g/t Au containing 62,000 ounces), and continuing permitting and preliminary economic assessment activities.
J. Dean Thibault is a highly experienced process chemical engineer and the founder of Thibault & Associates Inc., a firm with more than 40 years of specialization in mineral processing and hydrometallurgical flowsheet development. Following trajectorE's acquisition of Thibault & Associates' technical know-how and intellectual property in June, 2026, Mr. Thibault joined trajectorE as senior process technical adviser. He brings extensive expertise in complex extraction and refining technologies across gold and specialty metals, having designed and optimized process technologies for numerous clients over four decades.
"Engaging trajectorE as our owner's engineer and Dean Thibault as our adviser, is a key step in derisking and advancing the process design for Tully," said Errol Farr, president and chief executive officer of Loyalist Exploration. "I first met Dean in 1995, working on the polymetallic Mount Pleasant project in New Brunswick. Dean's deep experience in developing practical, commercially viable flowsheets from mining through to dore production will provide independent technical oversight as we move from resource confidence toward engineering and economic studies and development. This engagement aligns directly with our 'Buy Timmins, Mine Timmins' strategy of advancing high-potential assets toward production while creating shareholder value."
