LOYALIST EXPLORATION AMENDS TERMS LOVELAND ACQUISITION

Loyalist Exploration Ltd. has provided a corporate update.

The Loveland project

The company wishes to announce that the closing date of definitive agreement between STLLR Gold Inc. and the company has been extended to June 30, 2025. In consideration for the extension, the company has agreed to increase the number of shares issuable on closing of the agreement from nine million issuable if closing occurs on or before June 15, 2025, and 10 million if the closing occurs between June 16, 2025, and June 30, 2025. All other terms remain the same (see press release dated Feb. 27, 2025).
