Further to Pangea Wellness Inc.'s news release dated March 6, 2026, the effective date of the name change from Pangea Wellness Inc. to The Precision Peptide Company Inc. will be March 18, 2026.

The company's common shares will begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on March 18, 2026, under the new name and trading symbol BPC. The new Cusip number will be 74031F104 and the new ISIN (international securities identification number) will be CA74031F1045. The share capital of the company remains unchanged.
