POSTMEDIA WELCOMES WENDY KELLEY AS CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER & CORPORATE SECRETARY

Postmedia Network Canada Corp. has appointed Wendy Kelley as chief legal officer and corporate secretary, effective March 2, 2026. Ms. Kelley joined Postmedia last fall as the interim general counsel and corporate secretary.

Ms. Kelley brings more than 25 years of senior legal and executive experience across public companies and regulated industries. She previously served as interim CEO of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council, general counsel and corporate secretary at Kruger Products and Biovail, and held senior legal and risk roles at BMO Financial Group.

In her role, Ms. Kelley will oversee Postmedia's legal strategy, governance and regulatory compliance as the company continues to advance its national media and logistics businesses.
