Vancouver, British Columbia, April 12, 2024 - ProAm Explorations Corporation ("ProAm" or "the Company") (TSX.V:PMX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rodney Stevens and Jason Cubitt as non-executive directors effective April 12, 2024.

Rodney Stevens has worked in the mining securities industry, initially as an investment analyst with Salman Partners Inc. during which time he received recognition as a top-rated analyst for the metals & mining industry. Subsequently, he was a merchant banker with Peninsula Merchant Syndications Corp. and Portfolio Manager at Wolverton Securities Ltd.

Jason Cubitt has held executive and non-executive board positions with both private and publicly traded companies on Canadian, US and Australian exchanges. He was formerly focussed on venture capital primarily serving the natural resource sector. He co-founded Ascenta Asset Management and Vertus Investment Advisory, offshore investment advisory firms for which he was responsible for precious metals and special situations mining funds.

The Company welcomes Rodney and Jason and believes their participation will strengthen board independence and improve access to both high value assets and venture capital.

The Company announces it has accepted the resignations from the board of W. Rex Davidson and Donald Ian MacDonald and thanks them for their contributions.
