Panoro Minerals Ltd. has granted an aggregate of 4,825,000 stock options to directors, officers and employees of the company to purchase 4,825,000 common shares in the capital of the company pursuant to the company's share option plan. The options are exercisable at a price of $1.70 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant.
