The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that PMET Resources Inc. will list an additional 11,484,099 common shares at the open on Feb. 19, 2026. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $5.66 per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Feb. 11, 2026.
