Prima Diamond Corp. Completes Share Consolidation; Name Change to Voltaic Minerals Corp.
Vancouver, BC (FSCwire) - Prima Diamond Corp. (TSXv: PMD, FSE: 2P6) (the “Company”) announces that further to its news release dated February 18, 2016, the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the change of name to Voltaic Minerals Corp. and the consolidation of the common shares of the Company on the basis of five (5) pre-consolidation shares for one (1) post-consolidation share. The name change and consolidation will become effective at the opening of the market on April 14, 2016 under the new symbol “VLT”.
Currently, a total of 32,573,500 shares are issued and outstanding. Accordingly, upon the consolidation becoming effective, a total of 6,514,700 shares, subject to adjustments for rounding, will be issued and outstanding. There is no maximum number of authorized shares.
Computershare Investor Services Inc. will mail letters of transmittal to the shareholders providing instructions on exchanging pre-consolidation share certificates for post-consolidation share certificates. Shareholders are encouraged to send their share certificates, together with their letter of transmittal, to Computershare in accordance with the instructions in the letter of transmittal.
