EXTENSION OF WARRANT EXPIRY DATE

Peloton Minerals Corp. will modify the expiry time of certain outstanding warrants of the company held by previous private placement investors as follows:

• A total of 2,668,000 warrants exercisable at a price of 12.5 cents until 5 p.m. on May 4, 2024, will be exercisable until 5 p.m. on May 4, 2026.

Peloton Minerals is a reporting issuer in good standing in the provinces of Ontario and British Columbia whose common shares are listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (symbol: PMC) and trade in the United States on the OTCQB (symbol: PMCCF). There are 125,023,958 common shares issued and outstanding in the capital of the company.

Peloton Minerals' exploration portfolio includes the North Elko lithium project, a gold exploration project on the Carlin trend, Nevada, a past-producing gold project in Montana under option to a joint venture partner and a non-controlling interest in a copper porphyry project near Butte, Mont.
