PAMPA METALS ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO ANDINA COPPER

Pampa Metals Corp. has proposed to change its name to Andina Copper Corp.

The change of name reflects the company's evolution into a leading South American-focused copper explorer holding two significant discoveries and a compelling undrilled copper-gold target along the world's premier copper-producing belt.

Joseph van den Elsen, Pampa Metals president and chief executive officer, commented: "The proposed name change to Andina Copper represents the start of a new chapter in the history of our company as we execute a focused strategy to create substantial shareholder value through:

• "Recommencing drilling at the Cobrasco copper-moly porphyry discovery in Choco, Colombia;
• "Rapid exploration and advancement of the Piuquenes copper-gold porphyry project in San Juan, Argentina;
• "Initial assessment of the Mantau copper-gold prospect in Antofagasta, Chile."

The Canadian Securities Exchange will publish a bulletin announcing the effective date of the change in the company's name, and it is anticipated that the common shares of the Company will commence trading under its new name of Andina Copper Corp. on or about Aug. 5, 2025. The company's trading symbol will change to ANDC. The Cusip and ISIN will change to 03421C108 and CA03421C1086, respectively.

No action is required to be taken by shareholders with respect to the name change. Outstanding share and warrant certificates are not affected by the name change and do not need to be exchanged.
