PAMPA METALS CORP. ANNOUNCES THAT IT HAS APPLIED TO LIST ITS COMMON SHARES FOR TRADING ON THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

Pampa Metals Corp. has applied to list its common shares for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.

A migration from the Canadian Securities Exchange to the TSX-V is considered an important milestone, as the company pursues the dual listing of its shares on the Australian Stock Exchange and the TSX-V (refer to Feb. 19, 2025, news release).

Listing of the company's common shares on the TSX-V remains subject to compliance with certain listing requirements and to the receipt of approval from the TSX-V.
