("Pampa Metals" or the "Company") (CSE: PM / FSE: FIRA / OTCQX(TM): PMMCF) announces that it has granted a total of 585,000 incentive stock options to its directors and management. The options are exercisable at an exercise price of $0.075 per share until November 20, 2026. The Company also announces a grant of 605,291 bonus shares (the "Bonus Shares") to a director, subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange, and subject to vesting upon the 10-day volume weighted average trading price of the common shares of the Company being equal to $0.10.
