PLAZA RETAIL REIT ANNOUNCES APRIL 2024 DISTRIBUTION

Plaza Retail REIT has declared announced its April, 2024, monthly distribution in the amount of 2.333 cents per unit (28 cents annualized). The April distribution will be payable on May 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2024.
