PLAZA RETAIL REIT ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY 2024 DISTRIBUTION

Plaza Retail REIT has declared its February, 2024, monthly distribution in the amount of 2.333 cents per unit (28 cents annualized). The February distribution will be payable on March 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Feb. 29, 2024.
