PLAZA RETAIL REIT ANNOUNCES JANUARY 2024 DISTRIBUTION

Plaza Retail REIT has declared its January, 2024, monthly distribution in the amount of 2.333 cents per unit (28 cents annualized). The January distribution will be payable on Feb. 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Jan. 31, 2024.
