Playfair Mining Ltd. has been cease traded by the British Columbia Securities Commission for failure to file its annual audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended Feb. 28, 2025, in a timely manner. The cease trade order will remain in place until the financials and corresponding MD&A (management discussion and analysis) and certifications are filed.

The company is working with its auditor to have the financials finalized as soon as possible and will provide updates as available.
