Playfair Mining Ltd. has been advised by the company auditor that, due to time constraints, the annual financial statements will be filed late. The company is working with the auditor to have it completed as quickly as possible.

Playfair will file an application for a voluntary management cease trade order with the B.C. Securities Commission.
