PLAYFAIR PROVIDES EXPLORATION UPDATE

Playfair Mining has completed one diamond drillhole of 700 metres at its Cloonacool prospect in the Ox Mountains, Coun
--->ty Sligo, Republic of Ireland. The hole was targeted to intersect gold-bearing structures previously discovered by Pla
--->yfair and Bowpark. No significant gold was encountered in this recent drillhole. Playfair and Bowpark are examining th
--->e results in detail and the drill program has been paused.

Playfair has been informed by the Exploration and Mining Division of the Department of Communications, Climate Action
--->and Environment of the Republic of Ireland that a problem has been identified in the environmental screening determina
--->tion of mineral exploration drilling applications. This has led to an effective moratorium on new drilling permits bei
--->ng issued to mineral explorers. The Department is actively looking for solutions.

Playfair Mining has entered into an Option Agreement to acquire up to a 100% interest in Bowpark Exploration (Ireland)
---> Ltd. Bowpark is a private company registered in Ireland and holds as its sole asset 3 contiguous prospecting licenses
---> over the Ox Mountains in County Sligo, Ireland. Exploration drilling was NQ size. The core was logged and mineralize
--->d intersections were marked for sampling and assaying. The marked intervals were cut in half with a diamond saw and on
--->e half of the core was placed in sample bags and tagged with unique sample numbers. The remaining half is securely sto
--->red at Playfair's facility near Cloonacool. Bagged core samples were transported to ALS Minerals in Loughrea, Galway,
--->an ISO certified assaying/geochemistry facility. Gold analysis was undertaken by Fire Assay and ICP-AES (ALS method: A
--->u ICP 21). Richard Parker and Andy Bowden have carried out and overseen this approved exploration program on behalf o
--->f Playfair and Bowpark. Both are qualified persons as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and they have reviewed and
