The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Invesco Low Volatility Portfolio ETF's Canadian-dollar-denominated units (PLV) will be delisted at the close on Dec. 8, 2025. According to the TSX, the exchange-traded fund (ETF) will be terminated and all outstanding units of the ETF will be redeemed on or about Dec. 12, 2025.
As soon as practicable following the termination, Invesco Canada
Ltd. will distribute the proceeds of the liquidation of the ETF, less all liabilities and expenses incurred in
connection with the termination, if applicable, to the
ETF's remaining unitholders on a pro rata basis. Payment of the termination proceeds will be made on or about
Dec. 17, 2025, through CDS Clearing and Depository
Securities Inc. As the units trade in the book entry system of CDS, unitholders need not take any action with respect to receiving their termination proceeds.
For more information, see the ETF's news release dated Aug. 20, 2025.
