ZENATECH FILES EARLY WARNING REPORT PURSUANT TO NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 61-103

ZenaTech Inc., a technology solution provider specializing in artificial intelligence drone, drone-as-a-service, enterprise software-as-a-service and quantum computing solutions: (i) between June 26, 2026, and July 2, 2026, acquired approximately 1,572,000 common shares of Plurilock Security Inc. at prices ranging from 11 cents to 13 cents over the TSX Venture Exchange; and (ii) on Sept. 29, 2026, and Sept. 30, 2026, sold all 14,973,718 shares owned by it at prices ranging from 21 cents to 22 cents per share over the TSX-V. As a result, the acquiror no longer owns any shares of the issuer.

A copy of the early warning report filed by ZenaTech under applicable securities laws shall be available under the issuer's profile on SEDAR+.
