PLURILOCK SECURES INCREASE IN LINE OF CREDIT TO US$7.0 MILLION

Plurilock Security Inc. and related subsidiaries previously announced that on Sept. 13, 2023, the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Aurora Systems Consulting Inc., increased its line of credit (LOC) from Pathward National Association, formerly known as Crestmark, a division of MetaBank National Association, announced on March 8, 2022, from up to $4-million (U.S.) to $7-million (U.S.). As an update and clarification, the loan was approved and available on Oct. 2, 2023. The interest rate of the loan is prime plus 4.25 per cent on any outstanding amount. The loan can be for up to 85 per cent of accounts receivable.
