PULSAR HELIUM COMMENCES DRILLING OF JETSTREAM #5

Pulsar Helium Inc. has relocated the drill rig and all ancillary equipment to the Jetstream No. 5 drill pad, located 1.8 miles (three kilometres) northeast of Jetstream No. 1, at the company's flagship Topaz project in Minnesota, United States. Jetstream No. 5 has a planned target depth of 5,000 feet (1,524 metres). The company is pleased to confirm that rigging-up operations commenced on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025, and the Jetstream No. 5 well was spudded on Friday, Nov. 28, 2025.

Topaz drilling campaign highlights:

• Jetstream No. 1 (47.63468333 N/minus 91.70114444 W):
  • Helium-3 discovery: concentrations of up to 14.5 parts per billion were recorded in produced gas;
  • Completion: Jan. 13, 2025;
  • Total depth: 5,100 feet/1,555 metres;
  • Gas concentrations: 4He -- 8.1 per cent; 3He -- 14.5 ppb; CO2 (carbon dioxide) -- 72.9 per cent;
  • Natural flow: yes; 200,000 cubic feet per day average over seven-day test with 60-pound-per-square-inch drawdown;
  • Well pressure: wellhead pressure approximately 122 psi;
  • Formation water: none present;
• Jetstream No. 2 (47.63330694 N/minus 91.70267305 W):
  • High helium and pressure: high helium concentrations encountered of up to 6.5 per cent in initial gas samples, alongside a strong initial shut-in pressure approximately 151 psi (10.4 bar), notably higher than Jetstream No. 1, indicating a highly charged reservoir with excellent pressure support;
  • Completion: Feb. 3, 2025;
  • Total depth: 5,638 feet/1,718 metres;
  • Gas concentrations: 4He -- 5.6 per cent; CO2 -- 79.8 per cent;
  • Natural flow: yes, 21,000 cubic feet per day average over one-day test with 60-pound-per-square-inch drawdown;
  • Well pressure: wellhead pressure approximately 151 psi;
  • Formation water: none present;
• Jetstream No. 3 (47.64228213 N/minus 91.70159457 W):
  • Strong reservoir pressure: multiple pressurized gas zones throughout the drilling campaign with a calculated bottom-hole pressure of approximately 960 psi; this strong pressure reading indicates a robust, naturally pressurized, highly charged reservoir at the well location;
  • Completion: Nov. 7, 2025;
  • Total depth: 3,507 feet/1,069 metres;
  • Gas concentrations: unknown; awaiting testing;
  • Natural flow: yes; value to be determined;
  • Well pressure (not under compression): bottom-hole pressure approximately 960 psi;
  • Formation water: none present;
• Jetstream No. 4 (47.63693443 N/minus 91.7008531 W):
  • Total depth reached and helium zone penetrated: the company's latest appraisal well was successfully drilled to a total depth of 3,000 feet (915 metres) on Nov. 25, 2025, penetrating the entire interpreted helium-bearing interval; during drilling, pressurized gas with an estimated bottom-hole pressure of approximately 887 psi was encountered at a depth of 1,897 feet (578 metres);
  • Completion: Nov. 26, 2025;
  • Total depth: 3,000 feet/915 metres;
  • Sustained gas concentrations: unknown; awaiting testing;
  • Natural flow: yes; value to be determined;
  • Well pressure: bottom-hole pressure approximately 887 psi;
  • Formation water: none present.

About the Topaz project

The Topaz project is located in northern Minnesota, United States, where Pulsar is the first mover and holds exclusive leases. Drilling at the Jetstream No. 1 appraisal well reached a total depth of 5,100 feet (1,555 metres) in January, 2025, successfully penetrating the entire interpreted helium-bearing reservoir and beyond. Drilling of the Jetstream No. 2 appraisal well was completed on Feb. 1, 2025, reaching a total depth of 5,638 feet (1,718 metres). Jetstream No. 3 reached total depth on Nov. 7, 2025, and during drilling the calculated bottom-hole pressure was approximately 960 psi, with downhole testing and gas sampling to soon occur now that Jetstream No. 4 has been completed. In August, 2025, the Jetstream No. 1 well was successfully flow tested using a wellhead compressor, delivering a peak gas flow rate of approximately 1.3 million cubic feet per day with a sustained flow average of 8.1 per cent helium (as helium-4). Recent laboratory analyses have also confirmed the presence of helium-3 in measurable concentrations. The continuing multiwell drilling campaign will build on these results to expand Pulsar's understanding of the reservoir.
