Plate Resources Inc. announces Completion of 2016 Exploration Drilling
Program at Lucky Mike Property near Merritt B.C.

December 2 , 2016 - Vancouver, British Columbia - Plate Resources Inc. (TSX-V:PLR) (the
"Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed Phase 3 exploration of the Lucky
Mike property near Swakum Mountain 26 kilometers north of Merritt B.C. The 29 claims of the
Lucky Mike property comprises 6,085.74 hectares.

The program was funded by Korea Resources Corporation and Nexgeo Inc. (together the
"Consortium") who has the right to earn a 69% interest in the property by expending
approximately C$2.4 million from September 2014 to December 31,2016.

The 2016 drill program consisted of 7 drill holes totaling about 3,850 meters and was completed
under the supervision of James Turner, P. Geo., a Qualified Person. Core samples were
submitted to Bureau Veritas Laboratory in Vancouver (formerly Acme Analytical Laboratory)
with the results pending.

The primary objective the 2016 drilling was to investigate geological extensions of copper and
molybdenum mineralization encountered in previous work programs.
