BETTER PLANT ANNOUNCES RESIGNATIONS

Cole Drezdoff has resigned from Better Plant Sciences Inc. as a board member, chief executive officer and president. Rick Huang has resigned as chief financial officer, Heather Williamson has resigned as corporate secretary and Bruce Mullen has resigned as a board member of the company. The company has one remaining director on the board and is at the initial stage seeking replacements for the officers and directors who resigned.

The company wishes to thank everyone for their contributions to the company and wishes them every success in their future endeavours. Angelo Rajasooriar remains as sole director and continues to look for suitable targets for acquisitions by the company.
