PLANK ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ITS ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

Plank Ventures Ltd. has released the results of its annual general and special meeting of its shareholders held on Dec. 29, 2023.

The matters before the meeting are described more fully in the management information circular dated Nov. 24, 2023. The shareholders voted to fix the number of directors at three; re-elect Laurie Baggio, Bradley Carlyle and Brian O'Neill to the board of directors of the company; and appoint Davidson & Co. LLP, chartered professional accountants, as auditor of the company for the ensuing year.
