PARK LAWN COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF WARD

Park Lawn Corp. has completed the previously announced acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Ward Funeral Home Ltd. The Ward acquisition expands Park Lawn's footprint in the Greater Toronto Area through the addition of three stand-alone funeral homes located in Brampton, Woodbridge and Toronto, Ont.
