PLASCRED CIRCULAR INNOVATIONS INC. ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTIONS

Plascred Circular Innovations Inc. has released financial and operating results for the second quarter of 2023.

The company has granted an aggregate of 3.1 million stock options to its directors, officers, staff and consultants at a price of 92 cents per common share for a period of five years from grant, pursuant to its stock option plan. The stock options vest one-third immediately, one-third in six months and one-third in 12 months from the date of grant.
