The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a non-arm's-length purchase and sale agreement, between Parkit Enterprise Inc. and a non-arm's-length party, Pro REIT Acquisition (1) LP, a subsidiary of Pro Real Estate Investment Trust. Pursuant to the agreement, the purchaser acquired one industrial real estate property of the company, located in Winnipeg, Man. As consideration for the property, the aggregate purchase price of $5.35-million, subject to certain adjustments, was paid by the purchaser to the company as follows: (i) $3,210,002 in cash; and (ii) $2,139,998.20 of trust units of Pro Real Estate Investment Trust.
