The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Premium Income Corp. has split its Class A shares on a 1.10-new-for-one-old basis, effective at the open on Jan. 13, 2026. The shares will continue trading under the symbol PIC.A.

According to the TSX, The record date for the split is Jan. 13, 2026, the payable date is Jan. 14, 2026, and the ex distribution date is Jan. 13, 2026. There will be no due bill trading. No fractional shares will be issued.

Fractional share entitlements will be rounded down to the next whole share. As the Class A shares trade in the book-based system and no individual certificates are issued, Class A shareholders need not take any action to receive the split shares.
