Pacific GeoInfo Corp. Adopts Semi-Annual Reporting

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, May 6, 2026 Pacific GeoInfo Corp. (the "Company") (NEX: PGO.H) announces that, pursuant to Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers (the "Blanket Order"), the Company has elected to move to semi-annual financial reporting ("SAR").

The Blanket Order permits eligible venture issuers to voluntarily move from a quarterly to a semi-annual reporting framework. Under the SAR pilot program, the Company will be exempt from filing interim financial reports and related Management's Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) for its first and third quarters.

Interim Periods Affected: The Company will not file an interim report in 2026 (and in future years) for the first quarter ending March 31 and the third quarter ending September 30.

Ongoing Reporting Requirements: The Company will continue to file audited financial statements (due within 120 days of December 31) and six-month interim financial reports (due within 60 days of June 30).

The initial interim period for which the Company will not file an interim report is the first quarter ending March 31, 2026. This news release is being filed pursuant to the Blanket Order.
