Picton Mahoney Asset Management has declared the August, 2023, monthly cash distribution of 1.97 cents per unit for the ETF units of the Picton Mahoney Fortified Alpha Alternative Fund.

Picton Mahoney Asset Management has declared the August, 2023, monthly cash distribution of 4.2 cents per unit for the ETF units of the Picton Mahoney Fortified Income Alternative Fund.

Picton Mahoney Asset Management has declared the August, 2023, monthly cash distribution of 4.51 cents per unit for the ETF units of the Picton Mahoney Fortified Special Situations Alternative Fund.

Picton Mahoney Asset Management has declared the August, 2023, monthly cash distribution of 3.72 cents per unit for the ETF units of the Picton Mahoney Fortified Core Bond Fund.

Unitholders of record of the ETF units, at the close of business on Aug. 24, 2023, will receive a per-unit cash distribution payable on Aug. 31, 2023.
