PACIFIC RIDGE ANNOUNCES AGM RESULTS

The following directors were elected at Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd.'s annual general meeting (AGM) held June 27, 2023: Dr. Gerald Carlson (executive chairman), Blaine Monaghan (president and chief executive officer), Bruce Youngman (an independent director), Borden Putnam III (an independent director) and Gary Baschuk (an independent director). In addition, the shareholders reappointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor of the company and approved Pacific Ridge's rolling incentive stock option plan, pursuant to which a maximum of 10 per cent of the issued shares will be reserved for issuance under the plan. The plan is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.

"I believe that the results of the AGM are a strong endorsement of our team and our goal of becoming B.C.'s [British Columbia] leading copper-gold exploration company," said Blaine Monaghan, president and chief executive officer of Pacific Ridge. "And with three drill programs planned this year, we may have just achieved that goal."

A total of 39,025,947 shares, or 36.13 per cent of the 108,018,790 eligible shares, were voted.

The following officers were appointed after the annual general meeting: Dr. Carlson as executive chairman; Mr. Monaghan as president and chief executive officer; Danette Schwab as vice-president of exploration; Salvador Miranda as chief financial officer; and Arie Page as corporate secretary.
