The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in the Kliyul and Redton copper-gold porphyry projects, located in the Omineca mining division, British Columbia, pursuant to a property purchase agreement dated May 10, 2023, between the company and an arm's-length vendor. The agreement replaces the earn-in agreement dated Jan. 17, 2020, pursuant to which the company has the right to increase its interest in the properties to 75 per cent.
