The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue up to 15,060,838 bonus warrants to arm's-length lenders in consideration of a $20-million secured revolving credit facility agreement with interest rate per annum equal to the greater of: (i) the prime rate plus 7.55 per cent; and (ii) 13.5 per cent, with a maturity date of June 9, 2026. Each warrant is exercisable at 14 cents per share for five years from the date of issuance.
