Pieridae Energy Ltd. will release its financial and operating results for the first quarter of 2025 on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, after markets close.

President and chief executive officer Darcy Reding, and chief financial officer Adam Gray, will discuss first quarter financial results and recent company developments on an investor conference call and webcast following the formal portion of the company's annual and special meeting of shareholders on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. MDT (3:30 p.m. EDT).
