PIERIDAE TO HOLD CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST TO DISCUSS FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END 2023 RESULTS

Pieridae Energy Ltd. will release its financial and operating results for the 2023 fourth quarter and year-end on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, after markets close.

President and chief executive officer Darcy Reding, and chief financial officer Adam Gray will discuss the financial results and company developments on an investor conference call and webcast on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. MDT/10:30 a.m. EDT.
