PUDO INC ANNOUNCES EARNINGS CALL FOR Q1 FY 2026 - SAVE THE DATE

Pudo Inc. will release its first quarter financial results on July 10, 2025, after the market close. The company will issue its consolidated financial results via a news release at approximately 4 p.m. ET.

Management will host a live webcast at 4:30 p.m. ET to discuss the results. The webcast will include a presentation by Elliott Etheredge, chief executive officer, followed by a question-and-answer session.
