PALADIN TO DEFEND CLASS ACTION

Paladin Energy Ltd. has been served with a class-action lawsuit proceeding in the Supreme Court of Victoria.

The class-action suit alleges that Paladin made misleading representations and contravened its Australian Securities Exchange continuous disclosure obligations between June 27, 2024, and Nov. 11, 2024.

Paladin intends to strongly defend this claim.
