The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced on Dec. 28, 2023.

Number of shares:  3,333,330 flow-through common shares

Purchase price:  six cents per flow-through share

Number of placees:  two placees

Finder's fee:  $5,999.99 cash and 119,999 shares

The company issued a news release on Dec. 28, 2023, confirming the closing of the private placement.
