POWERBAND RECEIVES TSXV APPROVAL FOR EXTENSION OF APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS

Powerband Solutions Inc. has received approval for a 30-day extension from the TSX Venture Exchange to satisfy the exchange requirement that at least two of the company's directors be independent, per TSX-V Policy 3.1, Section 5.7. The new deadline for the company to appoint two independent directors is April 30, 2024. The company is continuing its process to identify director candidates that satisfy these requirements.
