POWERBAND ANNOUNCES AUDITOR RESIGNATION

Powerband Solutions Inc.'s auditor, MNP LLP, has resigned. MNP resigned on its own initiative, which resignation has been reviewed by the company's board. MNP has advised that its resignation is a business decision of the firm and has confirmed that there are no reportable events, disagreements or unresolved issues (as those terms are defined in National Instrument 51-102 (Continuous Disclosure Obligations)) in connection with the change of auditor. Powerband is commencing the process to engage a successor auditor.
